- Rolex (RLS) listing to all brokerage houses with Pictures, floor plan, and description (circulation 27,000+) & consistent updates on the home.
- New York Times (Paper and On-line) $200-$400 per ad.
- Utilize Mortgage Broker (Financial Analysis of Purchase, catered open houses, on-site counsel, pre-qualification/approval).
- Direct Mail Postcard announcing Apartment to building and neighborhood. Circulation entire Zip Code (20,000 +) pieces per mailing ($3000-$7000).
- On-Line Residential Database (brokers and consumers exposure).
- Develop marketing materials for Apartment like a Property Brochure. ($200)
